“I have been going to Noir nail bar for over three years now! They are always very pleasant ! I have never had a problem and I recently overheard a lady very upset talking about an issue with her nails. They were trying to explain to her that it is exactly what she asked for .
They were trying to help her solve the issue, but she was very upset And did not want to Listen and stormed out!!! Anyone at Noir Nail bar Would’ve sat with her talk to her about the misunderstanding and would’ve fixed her nails for her but she didn’t give them that chance ? You can’t throw out bad reviews If you’re not willing to listen and let them fix it for you ! I am 60 years old and I have been to many nail salons in my life, I can say this is one of the best?“
