I took my dog in for a simple nail trim and we were treated like VIPs. She is a 60lb fearful rescue dog and has previously been very displeased with getting her nails done and nervous with strangers. I left a message to see if it was possible to bring her in, and received a very kind phone call from Emily ensuring me that they would give it their best shot! They were patient with her and gave her reassurance while they dremeled her nails. She was in and out very quickly and they gave me a full recap of how she did. I really appreciated how attentive and calm Emily was- it put us both at ease.
