Dr Ortiz is the best at what he does very polite and professional Doctor . His staff is the best . Never have anything but a great experience when I go for my appointment from the minute I walk in until the minute I leave .
The experience with Dr. Ortiz and his staff has always been a positive and great experience. First of all there is little wait time in the waiting room before I go in to be checked out. Once there the assistant comes out in no time to check me over and take my vitals. Dr. Ortiz comes in immediately after and is always professional and exhibits a great bedside manner. I really enjoy my visits there as everything is always explained in detail and with a lot of patience.
