As a customer who was inside of the salon at the same time as @Angela Davis sweetheart the salon is APPOINTMENT BASED and opens at 10:30 am unless posted differently due to holidays. The stylist was very polite and apologized multiple times also giving you a card to set up an appointment that you rudely refused. Also, the salon isn’t run down let’s be for real if you were able to get the service today you wouldn’t ever said that. Last but not least I hope you have a great day & find a salon that better fits you!
