About Highlands Reserve Golf Club
Highlands Reserve Golf Club, located 10 minutes southwest of Disney World, offers a unique golfing experience. The course sits on the edge of the Green Swamp Ridge, with a range of elevation changes and picturesque citrus groves lining the fairways. The well-maintained course provides a challenge with its tricky holes and deceptively quick greens. The friendly staff and range of facilities, including a warm welcome at the clubhouse, make this a must-play destination for golf enthusiasts. Guests note the course is in great condition, with staff providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth pace of play. However, some have encountered issues with other groups not respecting the pace of play, and the practice range could be improved.
course was ok. slow pace. when we finished and left, I realized that I left my sunglasses in the cart, immediately called them (within 10min) and they claimed they were nowhere in sight and said that I didn't leave them. I guess they needed my $225 pair of Oakleys more than I wanted them. I will not ever play there again, plenty of other places to play.
It is a great course for a morning round and then you have the rest of the day!
The tee boxes and greens were in great shape. The starter and rangers kept the game moving. The course was challenging but the fairways are wide open.
