I've lived in my community for 19 years ant this association gets worse and worse. For 3 years in a row the coupon booklet has the wrong address, and when I and other neighbors mail out the payment it never gets there. The problem is so easy to fix, but no one cares. We have to deal with this every year. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

This is the poorest, most unorganized HOA in history. They use the money they earn to pay their salary’s, and that’s it. I’ve been here 4 years and the most they’ve done is put a 3 yard sidewalk in the front of the community that nobody uses. We have no other sidewalks. I called the HOA once to inquire about where my guests should park since I kept getting a violation for using the grass, (and there’s no parallel parking) & the lady had the audacity to tell me to have my guests park down the street at a gas station. I've never lived in a community with an HOA. Garrison Property is awful! I've emailed them over a couple different things, they haven't done anything to fix any of it. We have tons of fence damage and I haven't seen anyone looking into it. Our gates, they're broken. But as long as they get their money.... If you have a choice to NOT live with an HOA definitely choose not to!
