Lupe is not good manager

We recently moved out of our rental home and decided on First Impressions Cleaning for a deep clean. Their price was comparable to other companies and they had quick availability. We confirmed a 6/23 cleaning at 9am. Lupe stated it would take till about 4pm to clean the entire home 4 bedroom/3 bathroom 1900 sq foot home.. The company never showed. I had someone waiting for their arrival but by 1030 I had her leave. I received an email at 10pm that night stating they got busy with another cleaning that didn't allow them to make our appointment. Even though we were told we were the 1st cleaning scheduled for the day. She promised a 9am start the next day though. This morning I again had someone wait for the cleaners to show and to give them their check. By 10am no one showed, again. I emailed, called, and finally texted Lupe for an update. She called me back about 5 mins later stating the cleaners were about 25 mins away. By 1030 someone finally showed. A full 1.5 hours after the quoted time. The cleaner entered the home, called the owner, and left. She told the person waiting for them at the home that it was \"too dirty for them to clean.\" \"There was dust on the fan.\" \"The can't believe someone could live here.\" The home was COMPLETELY empty. I hired the company to clean the dust..... We are also very clean people. The floors were dirty from the movers and pet hair that was under the couches when they were moved. We swept before we left though so there was only a pile of dust, pet hair, and sand in the corner of the front room. The cleaners said it was too much to clean and left. An email from the owner stated \"the cleaners refused to clean the home. Best of luck\". She also refuses to answer her phone for my wife or myself. Luckily we didn't pay before hand. The communications is very bad. The professionalism is terrible. Their on time is non existent. Please beware of this company.
