**UPDATE to my review after the company response. To say the home had roaches is absurd. Lupe and her husband came to the home the day we closed on the property and gave us a quote for move in cleaning, which is a deep cleaning as everything is touched, top to bottom. I'm attaching photos of my original cleaning request to the company AND also attaching photos of the response I received from Lupe, the owner. There's no need for me to lie about their lack of expertise and the damage they caused. If they knew they couldn't clean the home after spending 30min during the walk through, I wish they would have saved me the headache by admitting that. The home is massive and...read full review

We recently moved out of our rental home and decided on First Impressions Cleaning for a deep clean. Their price was comparable to other companies and they had quick availability. We confirmed a 6/23 cleaning at 9am. Lupe stated it would take till about 4pm to clean the entire home 4 bedroom/3 bathroom 1900 sq foot home.. The company never showed. I had someone waiting for their arrival but by 1030 I had her leave. I received an email at 10pm that night stating they got busy with another cleaning that didn't allow them to make our appointment. Even though we were told we were the 1st cleaning scheduled for the day. She promised a 9am start the next day though. This morning...read full review
