The reason why I’m giving this a five star rating is because the service was outstanding. They were attentive to my needs, and my financial situation, knowing the way things are these days. I needed immediate delivery. It was noted, but overall had a pleasant experience, and I’m very glad I walked in today and they took care of me with respect and dignity. And Lewis was a great help. Thank you, Luis, so much. I appreciate you. 5 stars…..
The employee Luis was exceptionally good. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. He left me on hold while he took take care of something the other eyeglass place couldn’t do. They lost me as a customer and thanks to Luis I will be using this store for now on.
