Susan at the Davenport location was exceptional!! The way she explained the process and took care of my needs were greatly appreciated. I wanted a specific frame I saw a couple months back and they were no longer in the store. She called several locations until she was able to find the frames I wanted!! This is a review about Susan at America’s Best Posner Park, who went above and beyond for me. This review begins from the end of October when I placed a call to the store and asked if there was anyway they could ship me another pair of glasses because I was out of the country, and wouldn’t be back that way until after the first of the year. The lenses of my current pair had somehow become very scratched making it difficult to see, so I started using my spare pair, but they weren’t progressives.
