We had some concerns with the system but Arthur and Tom came to our property. And gave us time and explained in detail about the system. Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend ALS to anyone who is looking to secure their home.

I wish there was 10 stars to click for this guy. I have a vac home that had guests in it. The manager called for an emergency call. A company came and ripped off is far to polite of a word then lied about the work done! I found Jeremy and he came confirmed my equipment was fine and just needed a compressor. He was SO HONEST confirmed my equipment was fine put in a new capacitor and everything is working fine. His customer service is exceptionally. I would not hesitate to recommend him 1000%. It’s hard when you can not be present for repairs and easy for companies to take advantage of you. Not this guy!!!

Great customer experience! The owner of the company, Arthur, is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Our installer Josh was friendly, extremely professional and did an amazing job--he knows the product's capabilities inside and out! Highly recommended!
