They had my suit ready to go earlier than they had originally quoted and called me to let me know I could come pick it up as soon as it was ready. Everyone I dealt with at this business was very friendly and helpful- It feels like a family owned business and they were upfront about the pricing for everything. While in line here, I spoke with another person who said they sold suits for a living and always used this location/tailor for any work they needed done. They did a great job with my suit and I would highly recommend them!“

The Situation: My first time using their service someone removed a temporary hem that I put into the pants (admittedly not the biggest of deals; minor nuisance) but the second time I used them not only was one of my designer work shirts (that I got on sale) damaged but the cuffs were not scrubbed clean. I sent Brian photos and he apologized profusely. He offered to cover the cost of the shirt and I was doubtful that he would because I had bought a set of 4x$120 at The Men’s Warehouse. This man went to the store and replaced the exact same woven shirt in my exact size. I was floored. No one does that. Most places would blame you for the damage and send you to hell. I got furloughed from my job and no longer have use for dry-cleaning but when I do I’ll use this service again.“

“Recently moved south from the north side of Broward County and have been looking for a reliable Dry Cleaner. Total Dry Cleaners had the highest rating south of 595 so I decided to give them a try. The signage is a bit confusing, now as it says "Martinizing." I paused at the door, not sure whether to still drop off my dry cleaning because I did not know if all of the good reviews attached to Total mattered if the store changed. Someone inside saw my pause, and came out to say this is Total. Since they were so enthusiastic, and I was already there, I went ahead and dropped off my cleaning. They were exceptionally nice, accommodating, and quick with their return times. Their prices are also good. I happened to need to pick my items up on June 3rd, when the tropical storm was coming through. They are closed on Sunday, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my suits for a business trip. Not to fear, even in the storm they came in and honored store hours saving my day. I would have understood if they were closed, but was extremely thankful they were open. Vica helped me and she is so nice and kind. Total is a bit east of where I live, but for reliable, honest, and friendly service I am happy to have found a place I can count on. They said they cannot change the Total reviews over to Martinizing (and that they are still Total). This is still a bit confusing, but they requested I put the review here and not in a new business. Maybe someone at Yelp can help switch the reviews over.“
“My family and I was traveling from Arkansas to Florida for a cruise. The airline we was on damaged our clothes and everything in the suitcase was wet. I found this location and the owner Luis had the best customer service! He was able to squeeze me in last minute and even stayed 2 hours afterwards just to get the job done!
