Excellent customer service. I interfaced with 4 professionals- check in, pre exam, doctor and check out. All were courteous, friendly and myself as a senior citizen with a slight cognitive disability, all 4 professionals were articulate and patient to make sure I was understanding the process thoroughly. I highly recommend!!
My experience at Americas best in Dania pointe, Florida was amazing. Every staff member was super friendly & explained everything to me. The eye exam was painless & easy & the Doctor was great. I will definitely recommend friends to this location.
This was my first time coming here , lets begin by saying I got my appointment times mixed up & I arrived late, no fuss no muss they accommodated me with no issues, the girl at front desk happily welcomed me in, the doctor was amazing she took her time going over everything with me, check out with Mysel was extremely easy breezy she was great, overall my experience was excellent, I highly recommend.
