I have enjoyed the customer service from A Customer First. They know what they are doing. For the past several years, if I have any issues with an A/C or compressor in the condos I manage, I call them. They are very reliable. From a happy customer!

If you want a true professional company who is on top of the work you request is honest and fair pricing Nikolai and his team of professionals are it.
They followed up 110% I did not have to baby sit and no excuses.
When you see a bad review like that in this profile look at how many reviews they have and the quality of reviews some people are just not fair or realistic expectations and do not want to pay for proper professional attention.

From the friendly office staff to the knowledge technicians they are probably one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to have worked for me. They installed my new ac system and have maintained it perfectly. I highly recommend this excellent service company with pleasure !
