Response to my phone call was quick, the tech explained and gave me options. My plumbing was corrected, he cleaned up, and we are extremely satisfied. My second call and I will use them in the future, if needed. Highly recommended.
Just want to send out a big big thank you to Mike! Then a even bigger one out to Hann's & Lee. Mike called me back this morning and with a hour Hann's & Lee were there. I do not want to go into great details but I will say I was in a mess. Three days without useable water, water leaking under my house , a hot water tank that was empty, faucets that were not working, a toilet that hot water running into it, and a water pump that did not want to shut off. They were able to stop all the leaks, replace lines & fittings that were bad or wrong and get the Hot water tank/ water pump up and running correctly! OH yea , all the while crawling under my two foot crawlspace. Guess what and they cleaned their mess & warranty their work. I am not taken chances anymore. I know now they will be the ones I will be calling. Thanks again Guys!! 😀😀🤩
