My A/C stopped working on Sunday, and Chris' A/C Company came out today. The issue turned out to be a lot of dirt and buildup in the system. Joe was the technician who fixed it, and he did an amazing job. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why the problem happened.
Overall, I had a great experience with Chris' A/C Company. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated Joe's honesty and professionalism. I will definitely continue using them and highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C service.

I just want to say thank you to Freddy and the 2 other gentleman who helped out me, my sister, and my grandma today with changing our tire. Very much appreciate them!!!. But the lady with the blue shirt whom we first spoke to about seeing if someone can help us change a tire made us upset. Not everyone knows how to change a tire or isn’t really comfortable with doing it. Her answer that made us upset was “ Mommy and daddy didn’t teach you to change a tire?” It was unprofessional for her to say that to us. I called Chris AC this morning for our air handler that would not shut down except when the breaker was thrown. Prompt service is an understatement!! Freddy arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and went over 3 options (both materials and pricing) and had the part delivered by his Manager (Zach) repairs completed immediately and paperwork sent.
