Ace Hardware of Dade City is a locally owned and operated business, known for its friendly customer service. Although it is a smaller store, it offers an impressive selection of hardware, electrical, plumbing, and lawn & garden supplies, as well as power and hand tools from popular brands. They are willing to order any item that is not currently in stock. The store carries a variety of nuts, bolts, screws, and washers, and has been recognized for offering discounts to veterans. It is a welcoming environment for all customers, including those who have served in the military.
The store is quite large, with a wide variety of items for the home and more. The grill areas are loaded with accessories, making it a great place for outdoor needs. Customers have found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable, often able to get everything they need quickly. However, some reviews mention that the setup of the store can be confusing, with items that should be together sometimes found in different aisles, and that the older staff members are more focused on talking than assisting customers. Despite this, many customers consider Ace Hardware the most dependable hardware store around, often finding what they need when other stores do not have it, and prefer it as their first choice.
I have came here quite a few times with poor service, nervous to ask anyone for help because they all seemed like it was a burden. I had a very nice experience today, Mark was very helpful and not aggravated ONE BIT that I asked him for help. This man deserves a raise, seems like he doesn't hate his job. Keep up the great work.
I just moved to Dade city last year, an have visited Ace in Dade city, about dozen times.Last time I was there I couldn't find what I needed, an young man named Ray, helped me find it, an also explained it to me very well, I was very happy to find that kind of help in a store, I will differently keep shopping at this Ace, thank you
It was a gentleman that worked there that was very helpful in helping me figure out the exact tool that I needed for a specific need and help me figure out my best options as to need and price budget I would recommend visiting this Ace hardware to anyone in need of exclusive help with their hardware needs
