Great experience in and pick up Pierre at the Cutler Bay location was awesome I usually don't do these reviews just because most of the times service these days suck but this experience was fantastic ?

I visited this location on Sunday, 11/23/25 at 2:30. No other customers were there. In and out in about 30 minutes with eye exam from a virtual doctor. It was an awesome experience. The virtual doctor was wonderful. At first I was concerned at how this virtual eye exam would work, but it was actually a great experience. I went in for the $79 deal and am very happy with my glasses. I paid $79 as advertised. Prior to visiting this location, I had been to the Kendall location and a lady there said if my eye exam showed over a certain number the $79 wouldn't apply and the cost would rise to $134. There was no such thing on the fine print in the ad. I left that location... read full review

I had an excellent experience with Pierre! He went above and beyond to help me with my glasses, making sure everything was perfect. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options clearly. Thanks to his professionalism and care, I left feeling confident and happy with my glasses. Highly recommend Pierre if you’re looking for amazing service!
