I would rate them 10 stars if I could. If you’re looking for a place that is professional, highly-skilled, respectful, clean, punctual, organized, that over-delivers on their services, the go to Silk Press Express Miami!!! I moved to Miami from Chicago in 2020 and have always struggled to find a good hairstylist that I could trust. UNTIL NOW. I found SPX on IG and loved what I saw, especially the excellent health of their clients’ hair, so I booked an appointment online. Scheduling was effortless, and they even sent me an appointment reminder. Oh and they even offer customer perks through their rewards program AND offer discount specials throughout the week! My first visit was on Valentine’s Day 2023. I was assigned to stylist Serene for a silk wrap with a protein treatment. She was so friendly, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and answered every single question I had about my hair health and issues. Her skills are like none other. She slayed my hair to the gods! I felt like a billion bucks by the time I left her chair! (I may have even dropped a “Denzel tear” lol) I’m so relieved and at peace, knowing I finally found my Stylists. Silk Press Express definitely has a new regular client with me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Definitely did an amazing job. Went a few months ago. Will for sure return! Not only did I get styled. I was given great hair care tips for this Miami weather.
