The Health and Wellness Center of Miami is a unique, drug-free natural healing center located in the Publix shopping center for over 25 years. They are dedicated to the health and happiness of their clients and offer a wide range of services. One client had a great experience and received a massage from Teresa, who was described as superb. The prices for massages are very reasonable, with an hour-long massage costing only $85. Another client visited the center for relief from neck pain, specifically neck spasms and stiffness. They received treatment from Dr. Rob and Norma and reported feeling much better after their visit. A different client had been struggling with depression and anxiety for many years and decided to try acupuncture as a treatment option. They were impressed with the care and attention they received from Dr. Rogg, who was able to provide answers and relief through acupuncture and neck and back realignment. The client was particularly impressed with Dr. Rogg's positive attitude and helpful explanations. Overall, the Health and Wellness Center of Miami is a highly-regarded and recommended center for natural healing and wellness.
I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Rogg so far ( hopefully many more to come) and the difference in my health is very noticeable. I went in after having a long night at the ER for my severe gastritis and reflux. For the last 15-20 yrs, I can not remember not waking up to vomit, or not having a difficult time eating without reflux.
On my first visit, Dr. Rogg asked me a few health questions and proceeded to diagnose me. Dr. Rogg did an acupuncture treatment and light back massage to straighten my back.

Dr. Rogg knows what he's doing! My back pain and numbness and tingling in my legs and feet is all greatly improved, as well as my sleep. I highly recommend going to see him, you'll be glad you did!
