Oscar was amazing. Attentive to our needs. Professional and courteous. Quick to respond. Immediately noticed the problem and gave us a quote that was reasonable compare to others. We maintain our AC changing filters and pouring the bleach as recommended every month. We thought that might be an issue at first we tried the flushing and it didn't work. The AC wouldn't cool. He came noticed the coil was damaged and there was no Freon. We told him to go ahead and fixed it and it's been bliss. I really believe these brown outs we have been having in Cutler Bay has caused the issue with the AC. Many others have complained about it and have blamed it on FPL trying for people to buy their surge protector.

I called in the morning and they were quick to respond and sent out a technician that very afternoon. Showed up right on time, and were super reasonably priced. Fixed the problem in under 30 min, and made sure to let me know they were available whenever needed, even in the late hours of the night. I would recommend them!
