Lisa is THE best and so very skilled in the craft she loves! As a physical therapist, I am very critical of the massages and body work that I receive personally. But Lisa knows what is needed and how to provide amazing hands on care. I have also been the recipient of many wonderful facials with Lisa over the years. She taylors each facial to your individual needs and I always feel completely pampered after each session. Booked myself a birthday massage & my only lament is I didn't get the 2hour massage, because I drifted off during my body-nourishing 90minute deep tissue.
I've never experienced a massage where I've drifted into the dream realm, especially during a deep tissue. I've been getting massages regularly for the last 5 years to help with my chronic pain / inflammation.
Lisa does her body work in a beautiful sequence that eases you into a deep state of relaxation bliss, while expertly working the tension filled areas of the muscles that need attention the most.
