Traveling through Crystal River. Upon entering was greeted kindly by Jen who gave us a tutorial of the machines and what forms of payment they accept. She worked the entire time, ensuring the environment was super clean. She swept & mop the floors, cleaned the bathroom, and assisted all the customers with a smile. The environment was super clean and peaceful. Great experience! Jen needs a raise!

Usually pretty clean (I go at night). The dryers are very efficient (it only takes 5 quarters to dry everything). Very rarely are any machines Out of Order. Free wifi is nice too. I also recommend the Homosassa location (it is a different set up though). I would have given them 5 stars, but the dryers always decline my Bank of America debit card. Weird
