Home Depot has now instituted an artificial intelligence system for handling phone calls. It takes minutes to get thru the new system to finally get to a human. After talking to a human I find that they are as useless as the system that finally got me to them. The product I order 8 days ago is still not in the possession of the shipper. Home depot tells me i can't cancel the order. My very last purchase from this outfit.

Had to buy 4 appliances after your homes in Crystal River flooded. Stove came with a dent. Day before Thanksgiving. Been trying to get help. Now saying I waited to long. Buyer beware. Taking advantage of the elderly with flooded homes ​.

This location has helped create my back yard oasis. Today we had to do a return and purchased 3 more large Queen palms that needed delivery. Ward, who did our return and also our delivery set up, was so helpful!Got 2 travlers palm only 129! over memorial weekend. they were a great addition to the pool area.
