From the time you arrive for appointment, front office staff checks you in immediately. The nursing staff that prepares you for the procedure assure your comfort and constantly checks to on you to make sure you understand the procedure and checks your vitals stability.Before leaving, again the nursing staff is professional and makes sure you do not leave before they are satisfied you are ready.Thank you to Dr. Shinde and all the staff for your excellent care.

Highly impressed by the office staff, particularly Karissa. She is one of the most responsive and considerate individuals I’ve met at a doctor’s office. Using the patient portal, I’ve been able to seamlessly communicate with her to check on insurance approvals and reschedule appointments. I give 5 stars to the office staff here!Dr. Shinde did a reasonable first visit - though I honestly can’t say how she’ll be as a doctor, as she will only answer my questions at my follow-up after additional diagnostics. This is (of course) reasonable, as she wants more data first - but it makes me unable to assess the quality of her care. For that reason, I’ve rated 4 stars...read full review
