This small company is STELLAR! From the moment I called with a computer crisis, Noah, the owner answered and after I explained my dilemma, he was quick to say, "Don't worry, we can fix it'" and stayed open so that I could get there to drop off my ill computer.
He and Sarah worked SO hard on my Dell! It was not easy and they ended up giving me a beautiful loaner to get through the week while an important part was ordered.
When I came to pick it up, Sarah also did several tutorials with me and patiently answered all of my questions, as WELL as helping me with a couple of iphone snafus! They followed through on everything they said and are terrific communicators.
