Steve came to check our new unit and reset the thermostat which was set up incorrectly by installation crew. He also check EVERYTHING ELSE while he was here and explained what he was doing. He was GREAT!

Our a/c unit emergency heat would not come on. We called Bay Air Conditioner, they sent one of their technicians Joseph Esposito. Joe called to let us know his arrival time, was courteous, was very professional. He checked our unit found the problem and explained to me what was needed and the cost before doing any of the work.
