Installed a split system in our home, which is a big job. The tech worked under the house, often on his knees or back, a very dirty job.He explained things along the way, TOTALLY cleaned everything up. When he finished, he explained the total system, provided all the books and installed a new thermostat before leaving but first made sure I understood the instructions and promised to come back anytime when necessary.He has kept that promise already a few times when issues turned out to be electric issues and nothing to do with the great job he didThank you Rob and staff!

Our AC failed yesterday when the power co-op was playing Whack-A-Mole with our power. The service technician came out on Sunday morning about an hour after I called. He quickly found the issue (a blown capacitor) and serviced our unit for peak cooling - all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks.
