White-Wilson Immediate Care Clinic (Crestview)

I had a great experience here as I had an accident on the farm and went in Saturday morning and everyone was amazing and accommodating!! Ms. Judy has a wealth of knowledge and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.

I was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews but I needed immediate care and gave them a try and I’m glad I did. I would highly recommend White-Wilson walk in clinic based on this amazing experience.

My experience was lack of customer service, sort of like a DMV experience - especially the folks at the front desk - they sort of ignored me, and then acted inconvenienced by my presence. The experience is what I might expect from a government bread line, but not from a business with paying customers who can choose another facility if they choose. Went to the walk in clinic in Crestview, and I saw the nurse practitioner Judy Hoffman. The staff were all so nice, and my np not only took the time to talk to me about everything regarding my sickness, she also wrote it all down for me and then also went over things to help with other issues I have not even relating to what I was being seen for. She gave me lots of good advice and took really great care of me. I walked in and also was seen within 10 minutes of walking in. I usually go to urgent care which is $50 but decided to come here today, since I don’t have $50 and the copay was only $25. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.
