I always get a great haircut from friendly staff. My only criticism is the MVP cut seems rushed, especially for the cost. For just a few dollars more, my wife will be at her hairdresser for 1-2 hours. The MVP reminds me of the basic barber service I received when I was a teen. It should offer better/more service for the cost.
