Rachel did a great job taking care of my wasp issue. She communicated well and returned when weather made her initial visit hazardous. I would happily recommend her and Spears to anyone looking for pest services with high quality customer service.
Racheal did a great job with my first pest control treatment. She took her time, explained everything thoroughly, and noticed some problem areas that needed attention. She addressed those areas during the treatment and was very professional throughout the entire process. This was my first treatment, but so far, so good! I really appreciate the thorough and professional service.
We just started up service with Spears Pest Control today. Rachel the service rep came out and explained everything the was being performed and what would be the best plan for our home (a few times actually since it's a lot to take in, but she was extremely patient with me). But she did amazing and killed many ant piles. I can't wait to see the full effects. So far so good and I would highly recommend.
