I have gone into the store many times and they are always extremely helpful and kind! They delivered when they said and did a great job at installation.

Reviews
They stand behind their products and work with their customers to fulfill needs in an honest way. Good for their word!
5 Stars only because Henry the technician was fantastic and absolutely deserves the rating. He was professional, skilled and very friendly.
However, Sears gets 1 Star because the AI assistant that's used to book the appointment and provide updates has much room for improvement. Getting a human being on the phone to discuss your situation is absolutely impossible. Seriously, it's impossible. So frustrating and very expensive :(
