Ali @ Salon Surreal

Very cordial. Very professional. Ali made me feel at ease about the bad condition of my scalp and recommended a particular shampoo. I usually just stare at the mirror in horror until the experience is over, but Ali was easy to talk with throughout and she seemed genuinely curious when she asked a question instead of it being a formality. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it at each step and made me feel comfortable I was in good hands. She had no trouble working with my hair hanging down to my lower back. This was the best salon experience I've ever had.

I have been getting my hair done at Ali @ Salon Surreal for 5 years. Mallory has been doing my hair for 2-3 years and I absolutely love her! She does amazing work. So attentive and thorough. Before Mallory, others at the salon have done my hair, including Ali once. Everyone at the salon is so nice and helpful and friendly. Not only do I leave feeling great with a fresh haircut, but I have a good time while I am getting my hair done because we chat and laugh and enjoy each other's company. I don't think you could go wrong with any stylist here. I have seen what they do from haircuts to coloring to styling. Everyone is amazing and treats the clients with respect and kindness.
