Very cordial. Very professional. Ali made me feel at ease about the bad condition of my scalp and recommended a particular shampoo. I usually just stare at the mirror in horror until the experience is over, but Ali was easy to talk with throughout and she seemed genuinely curious when she asked a question instead of it being a formality. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it at each step and made me feel comfortable I was in good hands. She had no trouble working with my hair hanging down to my lower back. This was the best salon experience I've ever had.

LOVE! I cannot say enough about salon surreal the stylists are amazing especially Ali and it’s such a nice welcoming vibe compared to other salons!
