I called Gordon at 7:30am when my AC started blowing hot air. It was 90+ degrees outside and 80’s inside my house. By 1pm that same day a service tech named Able was at my house. He worked for about 2 hours and when he left my AC was blowing cold air!! Able was great. He walked us thru what we needed to do in the future and said if we had any problems to call Gordon. And I will. Thank you for your help.
Thoughtful, courteous, and very thorough come to mind when I think of how Abel handled our service call. I would gladly welcome him back to perform more service on our equipment in the terrible chance that we need it.
I wrote a previous review but think it was deleted (user error). I wanted to be sure to give Abel the recognition he deserves along with the service provided by Gordon’s. As usual they exceeded my expectations. Abel was very patient as I asked my MANY questions. I definitely recommend this company and be sure to ask for Abel!!
