He was very polite took his time. Explain the system. Show us where the filter was so we can get a replacement how to take it out how to put it back in. He also installed a unit that tells us when if the long gets clogged up, so the air conditioner will shut off and not flood the house if I own a business, I guarantee I like to have 20 of him.
