After a couple of tries with other groomers, I am so glad to have found Cool Dog Grooming! She knows how to give my toy poodle a proper trim *without* shaving him. She always dolls him up in a cute handkerchief or bow tie and he’s handsome and HAPPY when we get him. He is by nature a very nervous dog, but doesn’t shake with fear when we pick him up from Pam, as he’s done with other groomers. We love her!

I took my pupper to Pam and she did an awesome job. Molly was loved, scrubbed, and trimmed. Super kind owner, clean facility, and beautiful salon. Molly even came back to me with a beautiful bow.
