I love the vet herself and the techs there but every time I call in I'm asked to be put on hold for what seems like 30 minutes and end up having to call back in order to even talk to someone. It seem like they made be either a bit understaffed or just have some newer staff

New to area, needed a vet, I went to Dogwood because it was close, I had a few concerns from these reviews.. But realized they were old reviews. So I gave them a chance. Staff was all very friendly and nice, they listened to my questions and concerns and made me feel comfortable and more importantly made my Dogs and kitties feel comfortable. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, and each animal is rememebered when I come in, they ask about the others and go out of their way. An example of this was the other day, when it was a little chilly in the office, I noticed another older dog being taken in for exam and they had a blanket on the floor for the dogs comfort.
