We bought a newly built home and Cadenhead was the company used to do the initial inspection and prevention. Once we signed on the house we renewed our contract with them for services and our yearly inspection just came due. They contacted us in plenty of time to remind us of our upcoming inspection (which was really nice especially with it being around the holidays) and we’re clear about the price. When it came time for the technician to come out, he called and was able to come early and was very kind and respectful! I rarely leave reviews but have to let anyone looking for reliable, results oriented and AFFORDABLE pest control, Cadenhead Services is the best. Best in customer service! Always punctual and takes care of business in a timely manner. Great company all around!

Customer Service is phenomenal, the price is reasonable, and communication is excellent. I always receive texts before my scheduled service appointment so I don't forget. If I call the office and no one is available, I always receive a return call. The technicians that have serviced my home were always friendly and professional.
