We bought a newly built home and Cadenhead was the company used to do the initial inspection and prevention. Once we signed on the house we renewed our contract with them for services and our yearly inspection just came due. They contacted us in plenty of time to remind us of our upcoming inspection (which was really nice especially with it being around the holidays) and we’re clear about the price. When it came time for the technician to come out, he called and was able to come early and was very kind and respectful!
