Chris Burgess is an honest, reliable person. He diagnosed the problem with my A/C within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Gordon Air Conditioning had misdiagnosed my problem and charged me a fortune for it. Chris came to the rescue and knew exactly what he was doing. Chris Burgess is not just an exceptional professional who took care of an issue with our electric while his focus are all the other services with HVAC but he came out in a lightning storm and facilitated a fast repair that literally I was overwhelmed by his humanitarian efforts to make sure we didn’t have an electrical fire.It’s no wonder why he works himself and his business to go above and beyond because his clients are more than that…they are people in need.
