Our family had the opportunity to use Brackney Funeral Services a couple weeks ago. Terry and his staff were amazing. They made our experience as comfortable as possible. Every step seemed simple. He listened to our requests for the service and everything was done exactly as we wished. Terry had a folder with instructions for us to follow as far as filing for insurance and social security. I followed the guidelines and everything was as simple as could be. Thank you Terry for your support during our time of grief. Brackney is a family-owned funeral service and a team of very kind and very compassionate professionals who I just dealt with for the first (hopefully the last ? time) after losing my wife. Mr. Terry, the owner, actually takes time to do his best to assist and to console grieving loved ones through this unfortunate process. When walking in, I absolutely dreaded having to deal with a funeral home and discussing arrangements for my deceased wife’s body, but I couldn’t have possibly dealt with a kinder and more compassionate man. His daughter Ms. Amber is an absolute sweetheart as are the rest of his team. Thank You ?♥️
