SJRP was not on the top of my to do list. My Higher Power had other plans. I am so incredibly thankful to have stayed as it taught me how to live life on life's terms. The staff overall did their very best. There are, of course, those who stood out from others. My experience there was nothing like I had expected it to be. I will forever cherish moments like the VAT bed, Soundbath, art therapy, dominating in music trivia, trips to Mud Springs and the lakes, my roommates, my best friends who became family, being a peer advocate, and most of all how I was able to rekindle my faith. St. John’s Recovery Place has a very special place in my heart. They are a wonderful team of caring professionals who truly care about their clients and have helped several of my friends find their way to long term recovery. I would highly recommend them if you have a friend or loved one or yourself struggling with addiction. They have a unique and robust program and a warm, inviting atmosphere. This place is a magical place. Spencer, Summer, nursing staff and everyone was pleasent and always their to help. They where understanding and always their to help. When i think of Saint Johns it brings me a feeling of happieness and joy. Its the place i first realised that i wanted to have a drug free life. Something about the place is just magnifisent. You get a sense of piece being out their. If i could take a vacation it would be to St Johns. Thank you for helping me find myself and finally having piece in my life. You all are the best and i think about St Johns all the time
