The care at this clinic is something else. They don’t ask much questions or listen they just assume they know what’s wrong and prescribe medicine that often doesn’t work, leaving you to end up in the ER with life-threatening issues that could have been avoided. Calling the office is nearly impossible, and if you have a referral, you might as well forget it. They seem focused on moving patients in and out to keep numbers up rather than actually caring for them. Do not even bother!! You can't get the nursing staff to ever return a call. I've left 4 messages to have prescriptions changed to a 90 day supply per insurance company, no one will help me and no one returns any phone calls. It is the actual worst Dr's office I have ever been to!
Don't come here unless you are ready to die. Incompetence, ignorance and uncaring. I had a serious autoimmune disease and they referred me to someone totally inappropriate. Thankfully, he was an extremely well educated doctor who told me I must immediately go to the er, check in and see a Neurologist. I did and may have saved my life. I am out of the hospital and have been waiting 3 weeks for a referral. In the meantime, nothing. No care of any kind. I am getting out of this system before they kill me!
