“I was extremely impressed with both the quality of the plant and the customer service from this seller.
My plant arrived during a very hot stretch of weather, and although shipping itself was reasonably quick, the heat had clearly taken a toll. By the time I received it, the leaves were completely dried out and had fallen off, and the plant honestly looked almost dead.
I contacted the seller, and they were very reassuring. They suggested planting it and giving it a couple of weeks because many plants recover from shipping stress, and they told me that if it did not recover, I could contact them again and they would send a replacement.
When I took the plant out of the pot, it was full of strong, healthy roots without being badly root-bound. I loosened and disturbed the roots somewhat when planting so they could spread into the surrounding soil.
For about a week, the plant still looked completely dead. Then suddenly it began sprouting. Since then, it has put on approximately 10 inches of new growth on several branches and even started producing flower buds. The recovery has been remarkable and really shows how healthy, vigorous, and resilient the plant was underneath the shipping stress.
I am very happy with the quality of the plant and equally happy with how the seller handled my concerns. I would definitely purchase from them again.”
