Services receive praise, with one customer calling it the best pedicure in a long time and noting a gel pedicure lasted almost two months without chipping. At times, nail techs can be very loud, which some find annoying in a place that should be relaxing. There was also a single mention of an employee having a screaming child at the workplace. The most accommodating! Called ahead of time (but late in the day) to see if they had any availability; only had room for a mani at 6 pm. Was planning to come with friends so booked the 6 pm mani. First time waking through the doors and they were so kind and as helpful as possible. They ended up being able to give both the mani and pedi and even stayed a little late for me! Also, they will not let you walk out with anything not looking the way it should or the way you want it! Highly recommend!!
I’ve been coming here for several years now and absolutely LOVE Nel! She does the best pedicure. My legs always tingle when she’s done with the massage, and I’m reminded what it feels like to have the blood flowing through my legs again! My toes always look so nice because she is meticulous. I have had a couple of the best manicures from Natsumi, too! She has done acrylic and gel for me including a cat eye that looks amazing. I’m a picky customer and have to get my nails done a certain way for playing guitar. Nel is always good about getting me in on my tight schedule and are always so nice and helpful.
