When we decided to start the home building process, we knew that choosing the right builder would be the most important decision we would make. We knew that we needed someone with integrity who is trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, has a good rapport with Wakulla county officials, as well as a lot of experience building custom homes and someone who would allow us to use a couple of our own subcontractors.
