They charged me $65 to repair my laptop. When I got it home, it was not only still not working, but they had deleted my browser, along with all my bookmarks and stored passwords, without backing up any of it! I took it back and they kept it for nearly a month, saying they were trying to find a part it needed. I finally gave up. I now have a still unworking laptop and am out $65, half my info, and a month's wasted time.
