I have been coming here now for a few months to do my nails and Trang has been doing my nails the last few times. She is so nice and I don’t feel rushed while she is doing my nails! She did them today again, a pretty pink color! April did my eyebrows and she was also super kind to me. Excellent customer service! Even the front receptionist are attentive and kind. My pregnant daughter and I came this evening with Henry who took over 30 minutes.
I know most of you are expecting this to be a bad review but it’s actually a great one!
The front desk receptionist Lindsay was so sweet, very excellent customer service. At the end when it was time to pay, she gave us a discount for Henry’s actions. I advised my daughter not to tip him but she still did anyway because Lindsay made the process easier for her.
Will be back looking forward to seeing Lindsay and a new technician.
