I just left this Ulta and had the most positive experience. I was working with Molly and I was totally making up my dream Chapstick (that I made up in my head), and after a few seconds of talking to her, she walked me to the exact Chapstick I was talking about. And then she also helps me with a body glitter and brush since it was online only. I was telling the manager how much fun I had with Molly and three seconds later another manager came out with a Chapstick holder keychain. We had a fantastic visit here last week! I took my mother in for some birthday makeup, and Joey helped her find her perfect matches. He was so patient and clearly knows his products inside and out. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and expertise! My mom left highly pleased with her new foundation, color corrector, and blush. She feels beautiful and we are so grateful. Thanks again, Joey!
If you’re looking for a hairstylist I could not recommend Alexis enough, she might actually just be the fairy godmother of hair. She always delivers exactly what you ask for while still making sure it’s realistic and healthy for your hair in the long run. Not to mention she’s the sweetest person ever and makes every appointment feel like a best friend hangout with the comforting energy she brings. I always leave so obsessed with my hair and will keep going back.
