I made an appointment with this office of 1/5 after being in pain for 3 days. Before making the appointment, I explained that I had a dislocated shoulder and need help right away. The receptionist stated that the doctor can help with my shoulder. After arriving to my appointment I heard another patient being upset about not being able to do images for her injury at this location. She stated if that was explained to her, she would’ve never came to the appointment. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to get her money back so she was forced to make her appointment for later day and go to another location for images.
