I am so thankful for meeting Nurse Atou! She is very knowledgeable and has been guiding me on my weight loss journey. I am happy to say I have not just lost weight but body fat and increased muscle mass! She is very hands on with her approach, and every time I see her she teaches me something new, gives me suggestions and she makes the process not overwhelming! Thanks for all you do!

Nurse Partitioner and coach Atou Diarra is extremely supportive of me and my goals for a healthier lifestyle. I reached out to Atou in April 2024, and this has been a very positive life changing experience for me. Her support, guidance, empowerment and education has been invaluable. During our first session I remember telling Atou how tired I was, and I spent a lot of time in bed watching Netflix. During this time, I did not exercise, and I had stopped cooking. I indulged in fast food i.e. Panera bread. This was my life from May 2020- May 9,2024.
